1. Eligible Products: This guarantee applies exclusively to Serbajadi Grow Joy home gardening products.
2. Time Frame: Guarantee claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from official Serbajadi Grow Joy stores or its authorized resellers is required for all guarantee claims.
4. Product Condition: Products must be returned with at least 80% of the content remaining, except for seeds, which can be 100% used. Products damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible.
5. Claiming Process: Contact Serbajadi Grow Joy customer service to initiate a claim. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue. Follow additional instructions from customer service for product return.
6. Refund Process: Upon claim approval, a voucher will be issued for use at Serbajadi Grow Joy Shop (https://shop.serbajadi.com.my). The voucher value will correspond to the purchase price of the returned product.
7. Liability: Serbajadi’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the provision of a voucher for the purchase price. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
8. Exclusions: The guarantee excludes products used for commercial purposes, intentionally damaged, or purchased from unauthorized sellers.
