1 Eligible Products
This guarantee applies exclusively to Serbajadi Grow Joy home gardening products purchased in Malaysia only.
2 Time Frame
Claims must be made within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
3 Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase from official Serbajadi Grow Joy stores or authorized resellers is required for all claims.
4 Product Condition
Products must be returned with at least 80% of their original content remaining. Seeds are an exception — they can be fully used. Products that have been improperly used, stored incorrectly, or damaged are not eligible.
5 Refund Amount
The refund is based on the net paid price as shown on the receipt. Any coupon or voucher used at time of purchase will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
6 Ineligible Purchases
- Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible for a refund.
- Products sold at discounted prices during warehouse sales, clearance sales, or due to defects cannot be returned.
- Soil testing reports.
7 Claiming Process
Complete the claim form below. Our customer service team will contact you if additional information is required. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
You must have an existing account at shop.serbajadi.com.my. If you don't have one, you'll need to create one — store credit is credited directly to your account.
8 Refund Process
Upon claim approval, store credit will be issued, redeemable at shop.serbajadi.com.my. The credit value corresponds to the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
9 Liability
Serbajadi's liability is limited to the issuance of store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping. This guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
10 Exclusions
This guarantee excludes products used for commercial purposes, intentionally damaged, misused (including improper application, storage, or handling contrary to product instructions), or purchased from unauthorized sellers. Shipping and handling charges are not covered.
11 Modification of Terms
Serbajadi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
12 Inspection & Investigation
All returned products are subject to inspection to verify the claim and confirm the issue was not caused by misuse or improper storage. If deemed ineligible after inspection, the claim will be denied and products returned to you.
13 Final Decision
Serbajadi reserves the right to make the final decision on any claim under this guarantee.

Can I get a cash refund instead of store credit?
Under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, approved claims result in store credit redeemable at the Serbajadi Grow Joy Shop. We currently do not offer cash refunds. The credit value corresponds to the purchase price of the returned product.
What happens after I return a product?
Your returned product will be inspected by our team to verify the claim and confirm the issue was not due to misuse or improper storage. If found ineligible, the claim will be denied and the product returned to you.
