We take all complaints and feedback seriously. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your products so we can assist you.
You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. Only returns via courier with the tracking number provided will be accepted. Walk-ins will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund as store credit at shop.serbajadi.com.my, which you can use for your next purchase. We do not offer refunds to credit cards or cash. If your return is not approved, we will resend the parcel to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available. We appreciate your patience with factors that may be beyond our control, such as traffic conditions.
Damaged items during shipment
Please check the products' condition upon delivery. If you find any damage, inform our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will inspect and investigate the issue and provide you with store credit as soon as possible.
